Dar Al Shifa Medical Corporation was established in 2013 as a partnership between Arab Gulf Investments and Mohammed Ali Karuvanthoudi. The realisation of one of their major and initial projects is the establishment of Dar Al Shifa Medical Centre. That Opened its doors to the public in November 2016 and marking their Grand Opening on 16th December 2016,This multispecialty medical centre is only the first of many milestone projects that Arab Gulf Investments and Mohammed Ali K.T. have in the pipeline, as it sets its sights on further strengthening its presence in the healthcare industry in the Kingdom of Bahrain and in the Gulf region with the opening of more branches and other major undertakings.

Dr. Ayman’s clinic is a spacious clinic with a huge waiting area that offers comfortable seating arrangements for patients and their parents. In addition to the entertainment for children present in the form of a play room that offers not only toys but improves the children’s team work ability by working with each other to acquire a certain goal. Dr. Maha Atwa is a pediatrician with more than 20 years of experience in treating and taking care of children. She holds a master degree in Neonatology and a diploma in nutrition. Working as an assistant head department of the neonatal intensive care unit directly responsible for the care and management of low birthweight and emergency cases of newborns. In addition, Dr. Maha holds ten years of experience in treating asthma and respiratory problems and their complications. Dr. Maha also specializes in the nutrition status of children to ensure a healthy growth and provide treatment for obesity and malnutrition. She provides parental guidance in sociological and behavioral changes.
